By sending your media in for service or evaluation to Acodisc, you are agreeing to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions.
Choice Of Law And Jurisdiction. This Acodisc is operated from our offices in the State of California, United States of America. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to any conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACODISC, ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF ANY SERVICES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BENEFITS, USE, OR DATA RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THESE SERVICES.
Changes in Terms and Conditions and Changes in Products and Services.- Acodisc reserves the right to modify the Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the Products and Services. Acodisc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without notice. Please review these Terms and Conditions from time to time so you will be apprised of any changes.
Limitation of Claims. Any action on any claim against Acodisc must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or shall be deemed waived.
Refund Policy- We are committed to providing the best customer service. After the free evaluation is done, we will inform you about the results and will wait for your approval and payment to proceed with the data recovery service. Once the payment for data recovery services has been received, no refunds are allowed. If you have any questions regarding the files that will be recovered and/or have any other concerns, please contact us and let us know prior to your payment for our data recovery services.
Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
