Dear Sir,

I cannot thank you enough for saving me from the abyss of despair. You have truly achieved the impossible by recovering data where three other companies could not.

After loading the wrong, disk I began to quick-erase my CDRW. Noticing my mistake after 30 seconds, I extracted the disk from the drive, and chose to send it to ONTRACK UK.

They charged me approximately $125 to tell me that my data was 'not recoverable' and that they agreed with their American division in that there was no point in persisting with trying to recover this data.

I trawled the Internet in search of hope, and came across an American company who had to put me in touch with a company called "CD-R & CD-RW Data Recovery Services" Also known as "CD recovery services". After a free examination, this company admitted that they could not recover from my disk, and finally the disk was sent to you.

Seven months after my initial error I was amazed that you were able to collect data from my CDRW disk. I was impressed by your prompt free evaluation and your company's depth of knowledge during our telephone conversations.

I cannot recommend your service enough, and think myself lucky not to have believed those who told me my aim was hopeless. Many Thanks.

I want to thank you for your professional efforts in the successful recovery of data from my writable CD. The data was over 200 MB worth of scanned documents that became irretrievable from a system crash during a save attempt to the CD.

I sent the disk to the manufacture of the CD hardware, made a request with the software vendor and finally sent the disc to a data recovery company. All of these attempts proved futile, claiming that whatever data I had on the disc was completely irretrievable. It took another year before I decided to try again.

I saw your web site claiming your particular ability to recover data from CDs. True to your word, you were able to succeed where the other companies had failed. I also appreciate the extra efforts of your company to personally call me about the additional details needed to retrieve the data.
